From designing and specifying a single beam for removing a load bearing wall to producing the structural design for a completely new building we provide a full service that will satisfy the current Building Regulations and produce details for construction purposes. We will work closely with yourself and the project team in preparing and ensuring the structural layout fits with overall scheme.

We will attend site as the works progress to ensure that the structural elements are being carried out in accordance with our design and advise accordingly if not. We will always provide a fee quote for our work , which is generally produced from reviewing the Architects drawings etc. If no drawings are prepared then we would need to visit the property.
For the developer, we are more than happy to liaise with your specific Building Control (NHBC, Zurich, Premier etc) where the local Authority are not being used.
